Euan Graham, Human Resources Consultant

My expertise spans industrial and employee relations, and the wider HR generalist portfolio gained from working with such well known organisations as HSBC, Lloyds’s of London, and Dyson. I established EG Advisory Ltd in 2020 and today work with clients in a variety of sectors in both unionised and non-unionised environments.

I mainly support clients in the management of major change initiatives, including redundancy and TUPE programmes; undertaking investigations into the serious allegations of bullying, harassment, victimisation, and discrimination; writing and delivering training for HR teams and line managers; and supporting a variety of individual employee relations related matters.

I am also a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited mediator and focus on workplace conflicts and employment litigation.

I am a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and have a post-graduate degree in Leadership & Management from the University of Greenwich.

Alongside my consulting and mediation work I am proud to be a trustee of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics; and as well as being part of the teaching team at the International College of Professional Celebrants I write and deliver a variety of ceremonies to celebrate and commemorate life’s key events.
